This week, the Lackawanna High School hosted the Independent Health Good for the Neighborhood event. Participants were offered health screenings, healthy food options and valuable resources for our Lackawanna families and community. Each attendee was also given the ingredients to make a healthy Lemon-Broccoli Pasta. Fresh vegetables were provided by the African Heritage Food Market.
